General<\/strong><br\/>1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between HILYA and the customer.<br\/>1.2 By placing an order or entering into an agreement with Hilya, you agree to be bound by these general terms and conditions.<br\/>1.3 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The amended terms are effective from the time they are published on the website.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Product Information<\/strong><br\/>2.1 We do our best to present all product information as clearly and accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee its complete accuracy or completeness.<br\/>2.2 The colors and images on the website may differ from the actual products due to different monitors and settings.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Ordering and Payment<\/strong><br\/>3.1 After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation by email.<br\/>3.2 All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.<br\/>3.3 Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Delivery<\/strong><br\/>4.1 We aim to ship the order within two business days.<br\/>4.2 Delivery times may vary depending on the product and location. The expected delivery date is indicated during the ordering process.<br\/>4.3 Shipping is at the customer&#8217;s risk. HILYA is not liable for loss or damage in transit.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns<\/strong><br\/>5.1 You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products without giving reasons.<br\/>5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by e-mail within 14 days of receiving the order.<br\/>5.3 You must return the products in their original condition and packaging. The cost of return shipment shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.<br\/>5.4 In case of revocation, HILYA will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Warranty and Complaints<\/strong><br\/>6.1 If a product is defective, the customer is entitled to a replacement product.<br\/>6.2 Complaints about products or service should be reported to us within 30 days of receiving the order using the contact information on our website.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Liability<\/strong><br\/>7.1 Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Intellectual Property<\/strong><br\/>8.1 All content on the website, including text, images, logos, trademarks and software, is the intellectual property of Hilya or its licensors.<br\/>8.2 It is not permitted to use the content on the website for commercial purposes without Hilya&#8217;s written consent.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9. Privacy and Data Protection<\/strong><br\/>9.1 Hilya collects and processes customers&#8217; personal data according to our privacy policy.<br\/>9.2 Your data will only be used for processing orders and improving our services. We do not share your data with third parties unless it is necessary for the performance of the agreement or required by law.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10.
